We are only bound to provide you with the Products if we have accepted your order and received cleared funds as payment. Once your offer has been accepted, we will send you an email with your Order Number.

In the event that a Product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email regarding the stock shortage. Please refer to the 7thsenseenterprises.com  Refunds and Returns Policy for more information regarding out of stock Products.

PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Canadian Dollars and do not include tax. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

Our prices do not include delivery insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.

You accept total responsibility for the Products purchased by you and you use the Products at your own risk.

PAYMENT
7thsenseenterprises.com accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard,discover card,American express and Pay pal
If we have not received your payment in cleared funds within 3 business days, the order will be immediately cancelled.


PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We will only process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude all holidays. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process that order on the next business day.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
7thsenseenterprises.com delivers Products which are listed in the shipping information only.

Delivery costs will be indicated at checkout, and will vary depending on geographical location and the weight and size of your order. It is your obligation to ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are not obliged to resend your order to the correct address at our expense.
 
TRACKING ORDERS
We will provide you with details relating to the tracking of your order once the Products have been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
All  purchases  over  99$ are  shipped  for  free  anywhere  in  Canada, all  items  do  not  include  tax . Shipping  and  handling  may  vary  depending  on  size  of  order. allow 4-6  business  days  anywhere  in  Canada , allow 1-2 weeks to the  U.S as  we  are  not in  control  of  the  border  and  its  policies.


RETURNS
Here  at  7thsenseenterprises.com we  believe  in  our  products, so any  customers  not  satisfied  with any  purchase, may  return, the  unworn/unused  product(s) if defected  for  a  full  refund  of  the  price  of the  item(plus any applicable tax) the  item must be  in  re-sellable  condition  upon  return  of up to  30  days, you  must  also  have the  items  SKU#  and,  RA# to  return  a  product  back  to  us. FORCE MAJEURE
7thsenseclothing.com will not be liable for any delay/s in performing any of its obligations under these Purchase Terms caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 7thsenseclothing.com, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, industrial strikes, breakdowns or failures, or any other events that disrupt the processing of orders. 7thsenseenterprises.com shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time in order to perform its obligations under these Purchase Terms.
